Review

I’m honestly so glad that Strange Planet has received a physical edition. The concept of aliens that try awkwardly to act like humans is a simple one but effective; so much of the everyday experience is captured in these short comics and is at once comical and relatable. These comics are instantly recognizable and very memorable.

I see these little blue aliens literally everywhere and I’m always happy to see a new comic. They’ve even made their way to staff communication in my college to lift the spirits of my team, and it has honestly been effective. It is good wholesome fun and the aliens are so charming. I appreciated seeing a few new ones that I haven’t seen before.

Overall a great collection all wrapped up in a nice hardcover for a wonderful comic that will hopefully introduce many more readers to Nathan Pyle’s work. He creates many more comics outside of Strange Planet that are honestly so funny, he’s a great creator and I hope that his success continues to grow.
