What about Casseroles I mean, that in itself is a food group, mainly in the Southern states. Green bean Casserole, sweet potato casserole, the list goes on. Though snacks like pokey and others would be good it's also a brand name. There is the rice tons of items are made with or use rice. The fungus there is a wide range of fungi that is edible and out there. So, Yea I would say make new categories however don't overdo it it would be too confusing as well.
